Thanks so much for joining us for our Sunday Rod Run! We’re excited to keep a tradition that the Brehmer family started more than 35 years ago.
There’s just something special about a Sunday morning drive. It’s a little bit of Americana, a little bit of catching up with friends, and a whole lot of enjoying the open road and we can’t think of a better place to do it than the beautiful Texas Hill Country!
8:00 AM — Meet at Main Plaza in Boerne
We’ll gather for coffee, conversation, and a little time to wake up while we wait for the stragglers.
9:00 AM — Wheels Up! We’ll depart promptly at 9:00.
From there, we’ll take the scenic route to one of our wonderful sponsors, Boerne Stage Customs in Center Point. They’ve been incredibly generous in hosting us over the past few years, and we’re so grateful for their hospitality!
We’ll enjoy some breakfast tacos, talk a little shop, check out the cars, and maybe crack a couple of cold ones while we’re there.
Then, after a little hair of the dog, we’ll hit the road again for a beautiful drive through Comfort, Waring and Welfare before making our way back to Boerne.
Our friends at Hamby’s have graciously offered to close off their parking lot just for our group, so we’ll have plenty of room to gather and wrap up a great Rod Run weekend. Grab a milkshake, a burger, a beer, challenge someone to a little pinball, and hang out with us for a while!
Take your Sunday as it comes—there’s no pressure to stay for the entire run. Come for the drive, stay for the fun, or simply stop by and say hello. We’d love to have you!
Let’s finish the weekend the way it should be finished—with good cars, good roads, good friends, and a little Texas Hill Country sunshine.
